Let's talk about something refreshing and liberating today – the concept of "Work-Life Blend"!
We've all heard about the elusive "work-life balance," but let's be real – achieving that perfect equilibrium between work and personal life can feel like chasing unicorns! That's why, this summer, I propose we shift our focus to a more fluid and harmonious approach – the "Work-Life Blend"!
With the work-life blend, we're empowering ourselves to integrate our work and personal lives more seamlessly. Instead of rigidly separating the two, let's embrace flexibility! Whether it's working from a beachside cafe, scheduling team meetings during a picnic in the park , or catching up on emails from our hammocks – let's make work enjoyable, no matter the location!
Our well-being is essential – always and forever! By blending work and life, we can...
As a businesswoman for over a decade, I have seen and experienced first-hand the struggles that women have when pursuing their goals, especially when they don’t focus on the inner work of being an entrepreneur. I have the honour of working with entrepreneurs from all stages of new startups to executive women planning their exit strategy, to floral designers in residence at a top London Hotel.
The Inner Job of Being
For many years hypnosis was seen as something for woo-woo hippy types or as a trick that was done on stage where people danced around like a chicken. However today, hypnosis has turned into a staple for many entrepreneurs and executives from everything to dealing with stress, building confidence to working through long-held limiting beliefs since childhood.
I focus on a mix of hypnotherapy and coaching to maximizing women’s effectiveness in business or careers and to help them overcome obstacles that are currently perceived in their way to achieving...
Goal setting and vision boarding is one of those techniques that you completely embrace for the upcoming periods. I love visions boards, I adore them but sometimes equally roll my eyes when I this practice. In this blogpost we will cover why visions boards are great, the application of vision boards, how vision can be misleading and the missing ingredient.
In our brains, across the brainstem, is something we call the reticular activating system or RAS for short. Its main function is regulating arousal and sleep-wake transitions. However, the ascending projections of the RAS facilitate the conscious perception of sensory stimuli. Meaning that when it comes to vision boards, this translates to sifting criteria in your RAS, and the perceived need to see and even respond to sensory stimuli.
When we put something on our vision boards, it goes into the RAS which acts like a sift. A good example of this sifting process is...
When it comes to reading the words “perfectionist fantasies” my long experience has shown me that 2 responses normally happen.
The nod, that somewhere in your stomach you know that this is something for you. Or the “I’m curious” but it doesn’t land with you straight away.
So what are perfectionist fantasies?
Before we dive in here, let’s go back a stage to what is the problem with having perfectionist fantasies? As such a perfectionist fantasy is a longed-for illusion that can keep you stuck in a negative benefit frustration cycle.
You believe that it is only your illusory perfect self who can accomplish goals, once perfection has been achieved.
Or you believe that only the perfect launch, perfect messaging, perfect USP, perfect copy, perfect audience build, perfect audience identification, perfect need qualify.. will lead to the results that you crave.
I have also seen this emerge with corporate clients and leadership...
We are diving in deep today to talk about money dams and how they are stopping your money flow.
So what is a money dam?
It is a set of narratives or beliefs that is keeping money from flowing to you, AND also from keeping money with you if you don’t have the right barriers in place.
By understanding how you are actually blocking money, you can learn how to remove those dams, eliminate this self-destructive behaviour and rewire your brain with new thoughts and beliefs that will help heal your mind around creating wealth.
We are going to utilise the power of mental rehearsal to change your brain and body around money for the future.
Money dams and limiting beliefs on the unconscious level are where I find the jackpot with most private coaching clients. Most of us have these beliefs that we are aware of unconsciously, even if we might be aware consciously that something is amiss with...
Does this sound familiar to you.
You've recently gone on a date. And then in the first half an hour, you run through what both of you do for a living, which is of course a completely reasonable question.
You may try and dial down exactly that success that you currently have, so you do not seem too overwhelming. However, your date seems immediately suppressed and changes their energy as soon as you told them of your success.
Maybe a little too impressed in fact. You were getting the feeling that your success, that your money, that your status was more of an attraction than you were?
You may have had a feeling at an instinct or gut level. That you thought this person was more interested in your success than you if you had no success.
Of course, you're proud of your success. And you want to share it with the love of your life.
So how do you figure out if your date or the person you're currently interested in is interested in you, or if they are after your money?

2 – Failure is not durable
Your relationship with failure will directly impact how you experience failure. If you are looking to avoid it and are motivated with actions away from failure, your quest is to gain success only if it doesn’t incur failure,...
