Dealing with Refunds
I’m excited to dive into this topic because it is not talked about often enough. It can get weird and awkward very quick, from both you the business owner and the client when asking for the refund. It can bring up issues around our mindset and not feeling good enough. There are 2 camps for refunds, those (and you might be one) who’ve already received the request. Or those who are worried about it and what to do.
